Return Process

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2-3 business days to ensure the items meet our eligibility criteria for a return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your Montigo products in their original packaging and ship them to our Singapore fulfillment center using a trackable courier service.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 7 business days.
